There will be sculptures by about 80 sculptors. All sculptures will be for sale and priced at under £4000, most being under £1000 and some under £100. Exhibitors only contribute minimal commission to cover the direct costs of the exhibition so prices are competitive and artists benefit. Most sculptors come from Gloucestershire and surrounding counties but a few from much further away. The exhibition is designed to appeal to sculptors at the beginning of their careers, including students, although some well-established sculptors who price their work competitively do come.
There will be an indoor exhibition of work by local artists.
Please do not bring dogs into the garden, apart from Guide dogs. There are shady places to park and you are welcome to exercise your dog in the field.
For a small charge tea, coffee and cold drinks are available, as well as biscuits and sometimes cake. There are many places for lunch within a few miles.
There are some gravel paths and steps so most but not all of the garden and exhibits are accessible by wheelchair. There are some potential hazards for small children, such as steps and ponds, so they should be supervised. Parking is in the adjacent field or on the common, on grass.
For lunch, head to The Village Inn on Twyning Green and The Fleet at Twyning riverside pub.
